A Home Buyer's Advocate

The purpose of a home inspection is to assess the condition of the residence at the time of the inspection using visual observations, simple tools and normal homeowner operational controls; and to report deficiencies of specific systems and components. JAKE Home Inspections must perform all inspections in compliance with the Standards of Practice set forth by the Washington state department of licensing.  Violations of the Standards of Practice and ethics are subject to disciplinary action under RCW 18.235.130.  A home inspection is not technically exhaustive and does not identify concealed conditions or latent defects.
I'm Pierre Arcos, a Washington state certified home inspector.  I am the owner and operator of JAKE Home Inspections, an independently owned small business.   Entrust me to be Your Home Buying Advocate.
